Sweet Stationery Terms & Conditions.
Please read the following before placing an order.
DIY STATIONERY KIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
DIGITAL DOWNLOADABLE STATIONERY FILES
DESIGN ARTWORK & FILES
- Our stationery is carefully crafted per file and therefore designed to only be personalised with your childs name, age and party details. If you require additional information or changes to text fields you must email us requesting a custom order.
- Please carefully consider your wording and thoroughly proof read before finalising the invitation fields on the product page before Adding To Cart and purchasing, as this is the wording we will use for your design files. Any mistakes or changes required on the clients behalf after submitting and purchasing will incur a design change fee as determined via email communication discussing the amount of changes to files required. Design changes are a minimum of AUD$50.
- There are no proofs provided prior to designing your artwork. If you require any changes you must let us know within 48hours of receiving your personalised files and incur the fees as outlined above.
- There are no refunds provided once an order has been placed and paid for via sweetstationery.com.au or direct debit.
- Files that you receive are strictly the intellectual property of Sweet Stationery and can not be reproduced or shared in any format. Our illustrations and designs have the exclusive rights to Sweet Stationery and any reproduction will face Copyright infringement legal action.
- Fonts, layout and design elements cannot be changed unless discussed prior to placing your order via a custom design quote.
ORDERS
- Ensure the email address you provide to us is correct. This is the address we will send your DIY DOWNLOADABLE STATIONERY files to.
- When ordering your stationery files, you are only purchasing the personalised Digital PDF Files for use up until the date of your party advised when ordering. After the date of the party/event, your PDF files will expire and you will be unable to open, use or print any of the DIY Stationery Kit files purchased.
- If you need to unlock your expiry date, you must contact us with ample reason for doing so. Sweet Stationery reserve the right to refuse unlocking DIY Stationery Kit Design PDF Files to product their IP.
TURN AROUND TIMES
- DIY DOWNLOADABLE files will be designed and sent to you via the provided email address with a link to download your files within 48hours.
- Any printed items completed by external printers is the responsibility of the client to organise and determine turn around times with that printer directly.
- Please factor in extra time for you to trim and put together any of your stationery files to set up your party.
CANCELLATIONS
- As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances.
RETURNS
- Our products are made to order, we do not offer returns once your items have ordered.
COLOUR & INCORRECTLY PRINTED FILES
- Sweet Stationery is not responsible for how the clients at home, or external printer prints the files. Nor responsible if the client misplaces printed items.
- Sweet Stationery is not responsible for the quality of the clients at home printer. All files are high resolution for printing at the correct file size, do not try and upscale items and always select and advise your printer to “Print Actual Size” and never “Fit To Page” in printer settings. The client should also check the settings on their home printer is printing at ‘High Quality’ in settings.
- If you are worried about the quality of your own printing, consider choosing the PRINTED STATIONERY KITS
COPYRIGHT
- Sweet Stationery owns all artwork, designs and illustrations and copyright relating to your order.
- The client may not redistribute or reproduce part or all of any artwork supplied to the client in any form.
- The artwork files you receive will expire after the date of your childs party to avoid any reproduction or sharing of files.
- Sweet Stationery retain the right to post your invitations and stationery files on our website and social media.
- Names of the fonts within our designs will not be provided. Individual illustrations and designs will not be provided. This is to protect our intellectual property.
ERRORS
- Please check your designs carefully as responsibility for accuracy rests with you, the client.
- Sweet Stationery will not be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors after you have submitted your order.
- If you find an error on your files please notify us immediately/within 48hours of receiving your files. Client errors can be re-created at an additional fee. Payment for the redesign must be paid in full before re-design will begin.
- If the files received differs from what was ordered by the client, Sweet Stationery will cover the cost of redesigning and sending the files to you as a priority.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All payments are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Sweet Stationery are not liable for any currency exchanges costs e.g. variations in exchange rates, fees charged by your bank or card provider etc.
- Full payment is provided at the time of ordering.
- When ordering your stationery files, you are only purchasing the personalised Digital PDF Files for use up until the date of your party advised when ordering. After the date of the party/event, your PDF files will expire and you will be unable to open, use or print any of the DIY Stationery Kit files purchased.
- If you need to unlock your expiry date, you must contact us with ample reason for doing so. Sweet Stationery reserve the right to refuse unlocking DIY Stationery Kit Design PDF Files to product their IP.
PRINTED STATIONERY KIT TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRINTED FOR YOU PARTY STATIONERY
DESIGN ARTWORK & FILES
- Our stationery is carefully crafted per file and therefore designed to only be personalised with your childs name, age and party details. If you require additional information or changes to text fields you must email us requesting a custom order.

- If you find an error on your files please notify us immediately/within 48hours of receiving your printed stationery. Client errors can be re-created or reprinted at an additional fee. Payment for the redesign, reprint and delivery of the item must be paid in full before re-design will begin.
- Reprints due to client error will be placed in our printing queue and will not be prioritised over existing jobs.
- If the files you receive differs from what was ordered by the client, Sweet Stationery will cover the cost of reprinting and delivering the item with the error to you as a priority.

ORDERS
- Ensure the delivery/postal address you provided is correct. This is where we will send your PRINTED STATIONERY to.
- If you receive any complimentary or purchased digital files when ordering, you are only purchasing the personalised Digital PDF Files for use up until the date of your party advised when ordering. After the date of the party/event, your PDF files will expire and you will be unable to open, use or print any of the DIY Stationery Kit files purchased.
- If you need to unlock your expiry date, you must contact us with ample reason for doing so. Sweet Stationery reserve the right to refuse unlocking DIY Stationery Kit Design PDF Files to product their IP.
TURNAROUND TIMES
- The turn around time for design and printing from your PRINTED STATIONERY KIT is 10 business days PLUS SHIPPING. This is the same for domestic and international orders.
- Allow an additional 5-10 business days for shipping of your stationery if you are located within Australia.
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery via postal services. Please allow ample time for delivery delays as we can not assure you they will arrive on time.
CANCELLATIONS
- As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances.
RETURNS
- Our products are made to order, we do not offer returns once your items have designed or once they’re printed.
- We will not be held responsible for any errors with the printed artwork that was submitted by you, the client. If a reprint of the artwork is required due to client error, the cost of the reprint must be covered by the client.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
- If an item is damaged during shipping/delivery Sweet Stationery will not be held responsible.
- We take great care in inspecting, checking and carefully packing your order to ensure it will not be damaged. Please inspect your stationery as soon as they arrive.
COLOUR & PRINTED FILES
- Sweet Stationery printed kits are printed on paper stocks chosen by Sweet Stationery, you can review those here. If you wish to have them printed on a particular stock we can source a different quote for you. However we also reserve the right to refuse this request if we feel it does not reflect the quality of our designs.
- If you are wanting control over your printed files, consider choosing the DIY DOWNLOADABLE KITS and then you are free to print the files however you choose, but Sweet Stationery is not responsible for the finished outcome, colours and quality of the print.
- Note the printing quantities you are purchasing here. If you require larger quantities printed for your party, please contact us for a personalised printed quote.
- We do not print quantities smaller than what is advertised on sweetstationery.com.au

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- On international shipments, it is the responsibility of the Client to pay all customs and duties in the country the items are being shipped to. In some instances, there are no tariffs or duties payable. Please confirm with the Customs service of the country we are shipping the items to if you are unsure about the costs involved with importing these items. Sweet Stationery are not liable for these costs or any delays in shipments caused by Customs.
- Sweet Stationery will not offer refunds for items that do not make it to the destination by a specific date due to delays in shipments.
- DAP (Duty at Point) - end user is paying duties & taxes.
